have I messed up my claim?

After going through all the hassle with Lloyds TSB,and getting no joy.I have filled in the form on the HMCS website,to take them to court.I have put the wrong start date....03/09/2007,instead of 03/09/2003.Everything else is correct,and on previous correspondence with the bank the dates are correct.
Will this affect my claim? If Yes do I have to do it all again plus pay the £120?:eek:
