Shedsworld - disgrace of a company

I would strongly advise against ordering anything with this company. I ordered the Roaysl 7ftx8ft Traditional Playhouse because the sizes etc online were what i needed. However, the sizes online are wrong and what you actually get delivered is a smaller house which a toddler would struggle to stand up in. Upon phoning about a refund they were all rude, promised to call me back and never did, managers as well. said collection would be 4 weeks and only once they had the playhouse back would they do the refund. Explaind this was unacceptable as it was a christmas gift but nobody cared. Absolute disgrace of a company who still havent updated the details for this house on their website so they are still falsely advertising this item

Can you link to the product? Only one which states 7x8 is a tower one?

Eaves height on that one is 1.96m it looks about 1m off the ground therefore internal height at the eaves will be about 3 feet.

Sizes are clearly shown on the page. Not sure why you're surprised tbh.

So what stated dimensions are incorrect? From the link posted above, the door height is shown as 0.98m, and the top of the door seems to be level with the eaves.

A pretty fundamental measurement is the internal height. I would expect to see this on the description (or at least be able to work it out if it gave, for example, the full height and the floor height).
From the door height it is pretty clear that the house is not 2m high, just that the roof is 2m off the ground. But I'm guessing that the OP assumed that the Ridge Height / Eaves Height gave an indication of the internal height. Not surprising, then, that they were disappointed.

I think it is badly described, but would probably say it is correctly described. (Assuming that the sizes given are correct. Obviously if the door height is, for example, 89cm rather than 98cm then this would be incorrect.)

OP has posted a vent. It appears the company they bought from isn't actually disputing the sizes are wrong, as they have agreed to refund.

Each size on the website is 50% too large.
Each size on the website is 30% too large.
Each size on the website is 10% too large.
It makes no difference.

The sizes were wrong. The company didn't call back. They are delaying 4 weeks before even collecting.
