Buyer cancelled bid - Advice please

Hello Everyone
Long time lurker here and in need of a quick bit of advice from you seasoned ebayers.
I currently have several items for sale and today received a message from one of my bidders apologising because they had retracted their bid. I'm absolutely fine with that, I understand mistakes can be made etc.
My concern is when she contacted ebay they advised her to put the reason as "Couldn't Contact Seller" and I'm now worried that this will show as a bad mark against my Seller account.
Can anyone let me know if putting this reason will have any negative impact on my account? As I said I'm fine with the bid being retracted and as long as there is no damage to my account I'm fine with her following ebays advice.

I`d contact Ebay and get their take on it or alternatively email them. If you phone them get the code so that you dont wait longer than necessary which you can find when you go into Contact us. Cheaper tel no is 0800 358 6551. HTH0

The amount of times a person has retracted a bid will be displayed in their Feedback profile.
I cant think of anything that shows/records the opposite.
