Tesco Credit Cards

Hey all

I have a Tesco credit card which is paid in full each month by DD. Tesco usually collect around the 10th and my payment was due by the 15th but the haven't collected. I checked the DD with my bank and everything looks OK so I tried to call the Tesco helpdesk but the number just rings out for minutes on end then disconnects.

Anyone else with a Tesco card had their DD taken this month?

Yes but they should have taken the payment over a week ago. Neither the debit to my bank account it showing nor the credit to the credit card account.

If its your fault (eg. bounced dd), then you'll already have the £12 charge. Otherwise, they are just late in collecting and you will not suffer anything due to that.

Mine was due on the 1st, and was collected on the 2nd.
