lloydstsb advise needed on what to do next

Hi
I sent my first letter to lloydstsb 18 March and got a responce saying they needed 4 weeks to deal with my complainte.

I( then sent my secon letter on the 4 april but did not get a sifnuture for the recorded delivery. So I handed the second letter into the back on the 14th and today I got a letter stating they could not deal with my complaint in the 4 weeks stated in the first letter and wanted another 4 weeks.

Should I just stop this playing about and take them to court as they have had enough time by now ?

also can I do one claim with the courts for my personal account and joint account with my wife at the same time as this would only mean one £120 fee

thanks in advance
