Premier Flexible - Booking After 1pm

Hi MS Experts,
Hoping you can help?!
I recently made a booking for 3 rooms at Newcastle Washington, Unfortunately I made the mistake of not noticing that the date of arrival was actually the 16/11/12. I made the booking at around 5:00pm on the 16/11/12 and purposely paid extra per room (premier flexible) so I could amend the rooms up to 1pm on the day not realising the date was incorrect at the time.
Whats worrying is that the premier inn website never made it clear that paying for the premier flexible after 1pm for bookings on the same day effectively entitles you to...nothing!
I wonder how many other have paid extra for this service they could never actually use!
Is there anything that can be done??
Thanks

I think what they should be doing is not offering saver on the day. If I have interpreted your post correctly....?
Most hotels have a cancellation time of 12pm, 1pm 4pm or even 6pm in some international cases. If you cancel after that time, you need to pay. If you book after that time, effectively you cannot cancel.0
