CRB check

Dear all,
I've just been asked to complete a CRB checklist as mine has run out, I work for the Council.
I cannot get my hands on a copy of the form until next week to see what questions it asks, but I'm worried, given I'm in an IVA does anyone know if it asks about debt on the forms? I cannot recall... no one knows about my IVA at work I was hoping they wouldn't find out...I feel worried sick now..

Enter your postcode[rhs search box] to find your nearest Branch.

Also, have you spoken to CAP? Martin praises them, along with other No Fee advisors. They do not proselytise and I know they do outstanding work, are kindly and rational.

Please try at least one of the above today - you'll feel better for biting the bullet and I think you'll find your worry is groundless.

Thankyou for the reply, I followed your link thankyou and I will require a fresh 'enhanced check' but I still cannot see if the form itself asks you about 'debt' - (I have no criminal convictions)its the issue over my outstanding debt...
I just wondered if anyone had seen these forms lately and hoped that they could clarify if they ask about 'bankrupcy/debts' etc..

No. Debt or an IVA etc should not show up on any CRB check.
