IVA done but nightmare experian credit cleanup

Well my IVA finished September 2011, but a couple of defaults from natwest have the wrong default date on them.
I contacted experian, equifax and call credit to say that they were incorrect, equifax and call credit both said they would raise a dispute with natwest. Natwest have failed to respond so both of these companies have suppressed the defaults from my credit files, great!
The problem is experian. They won't contact on my behalf, I have to contact natwest myself, which I have a number of times but with no response. So the defaults are still there and I can't seem to do anything about them!l.. Anyone have a suggestions?
Also equifax and call credit both removed my IVA record 6 years after the start date, experian also claim to do this yet mines still on their credit file
