IVA Completed but defaults remain
Hello;
I had a lump sum IVA accepted in April, with funds trasnferred and IVA signed off and completed in August.
Checking my credit report, all of my creditors still have defaulst (though some from April, with no additions since).
I have been advised to send letters to all of my (ex) creditors and ask them to change the accounts to 'settled' or 'IVA satisfied'.
Has anyone experience of doing this before, is this what I should be doing?
many thanks
Cody
