Will ebay remove this feedback

I had a nightmare buyer, she didn't pay for 10 days, when she did eventually pay, I of course posted. She left me a neg it says this:
2 weeks later seller decided to post item, after asking if I wanted a refund??
If I report it what category do I do it under?
The reason she was peeved was because I have automatic unpaid assitant on there

no why would I ask her if she wanted a refund after 10 days of paying?! I posted a day after she paid as I always do. She was most upset over the NPB dispute that had opened.0

why do specifics matter? I don't mean that in a derogartory way to you, It was last month she left it and would have to go through it to get specific dates. I was hoping that perhaps her wording was wrong. It doesn't matter its an untruth as ebay won't care about that.0

but if you want a strong case when calling eBay, me advising what to say based on those dates may significantly increase the odds of the neg being removed. In the game of chess you can never let your adversary see your pieces0 -
I've had similar circumstances and they removed it for me Good Luck £20 a day April 2014 £834.87/£600 :j
