will i be entitled to maternity allowance?

i'm currently self employed as a childminder. i only earn a small amount each week around £90. I'm currently 15 weeks pregnant. I have a small earnings exemption certificate. As some weeks i earn less and other much more.
From what i have been reading i think i wil be entitled to maternity allowance from the 11th week before my baby is due.
I have been working as a childminder since august 2006 and before that i was on income support for 7 months.
Is this correct? Am entitled to maternity allowance?
Just wanted to double check with some people who are in the know.

If you've got a small earnings certificate, you'll be entitled to maternity allowance of £27 a week. You can download a claim form here:
