Play.com Refund? ARG

I pre ordered a ps3 from Play.com back in June 2006 and completely forgot about it, so imagine my surprise when it was sent out.
I thought fair enough I will phone them and get the item returned, well this is where the problems started.
I got a collection arranged and was told it would cost me 8 pounds to get it collected. Fine.
Collection date came and no driver to pick the parcel up. Arranged another collection 4 days later - no driver. Another collection 4 days later - you guessed it no driver.
So I called play back and they said I should get in touch with customer service on email. Sent about 5 emails - no reply.
Back on the phone and he tells me to Special Delivery the item to them. 20 pounds later(which they said the would refund) and a week on, the only money I've seen is the 8 pounds refunded.
This has left me in my overdraft for nearly a month now and no refund?
What can I do when no one on the phone can do anything??
How can I get my money back ? - BTW this was payed with a Visa Debit card.
Anyone have any advice??
