Need contact for Quidco - I've been booted out!!!

Can someone please be kind enough to look up and post a contact addy for quidco for me?
I tried to sign in this morning and they wont let me in
I get this message:
Fatal error: Access denied for user 'quidco_mambo'@'83.142.25.154' (using password: YES) in /home/admin/domains/quidco.com/maple_lib/mysql/mysql_connection.php on line 19
Thats not me!!!
I'm with AOL and I have heard in the past that there are shared ISP addys, if one person gets kicked out of somewhere then everyone under that addy also does. Don't know if this is true or not?
