"7. All entries received will be entered into the prize draw to win the following prize: 1 x 2-night break staying at the Smiddy House, a 4 star gold Restaurant with Rooms. Stay is on a dinner, bed and breakfast basis (stay is not valid on Valentine’s and Easter weekend). Prize also includes: 1 x canyoning trip for 2 adults with Vertical Descents (valid until 30.06.13) and 1 x full day’s snowsports for 2 adults (including hire and a lesson should the winners need it) at the Nevis Range (valid for 2 years from competition close). 8. The ski season at the Nevis Range ends from mid-April. Should the prizewinner take their prize after this time an alternative activity will be offered by the Nevis Range such as guided mountain biking or the high wire rope course.
9. Prize also includes £150 spending money and £100 maximum travel allowance. Travel allowance will be paid once the prizewinner provides full receipts. Amount payable will be at the Promoter’s discretion and will be to a maximum of £100 in total.
10. The prize does not include any travel insurance, meals or any other expenses and must be taken in full by 30.06.13
13. One winner will be drawn on 05.02.13 at random under independent supervision from all entries received, and will be notified in writing within 14 days of the closing date. The promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. 14. Prize must be claimed within 14 days of notification. Failure to do so will result in forfeit of the prize and another winner will be drawn."
