Broken front door lock.

Hubby and I are in rented as our home is being dried out after a leak. Just got back from movies and door will not lock, something has gone. I knows it's not a terrible emergency but feel it ought to be resolved immediately I.e. burglars !
Management co is Countrywide and they do not seem to have an emergency number, we are going away tomorrow evening and I am not sure what to do. Ill call them in the morning and hope they fix it. If not can I call a locksmith and bill CW? I just cannot understand why they wouldn't have an emergency call out!!

Think that's a different part of their business I did see that. I also rang two helplines supposedly emergency and they went to answer phone!
