Chargeback on barclays inital credit card?

I've bought some items off an online retailer, it was tracked three parcels were meant to come separately, but the retailer shipped it out together grouped.

Out of the three parcels, one turned up and it was the cheapest item!!! The retailer is refusing to help me and is basically saying I'm lying and I've received all three, err, no. I haven't.

I used my barclays initial credit card and I was wondering where would I stand on this. Would barclays be able to initate a chargeback?

many thanks

Should be a chargback for non reciept on the 2 parts you did not recieve. So long as you have a breakdown of the order into its component parts.
Only sticking block could be if you signed for the goods. Retailer could argue you got all 3.
