Problems with Morethan via Quidco,anyone else?

I am trying to renew my house insurance with Moreth>n insurance through Quidco(£85 cashback,+£25 M&S vouchers) I t was due for renewal on Saturday so I sorted it all out then,the site wasn't working great,but finally gave all my bank details etc and bought-very late by then and a bit of a blur after going through so many different quotes and forms.
Anyway I don't think I got any confirmation email so I called on Monday to check it all went through o.k they said it was too soon to check my details takes 48hrs to reach them,but could see some of my details and said as long as I put the start date for the day before it should be fine.Any way it doesn't seem to of gone through as they are emailing me the suggest I take up the quote I was offered recently?!
So I am now uninsured-which makes me a little on edge as i believe in sods law!
Now I'm trying to do it again but the more than page won't even load,before it was getting stuck a couple of pages in.
it's easily the best quote we've had,but should I just give up on it and search for the next best one?Anyone else had problems with the morethan site?
