6- Prize pool
- 3 x one week holidays for a family of 4

Each trip will consist of the following;
- Return travel from Luton airport to Geneva airport
- Transfers to and from the Grand Bornand ski resort

The Accommodation and Ski lift pass will consist of the following:
Place of stay:
- 4 star tourist residence (Le Village de Lessy) in Grand Bornand Chinaillon, Haute-Savoie, France
- Duration: 1 week, from Saturday 5pm to the following Saturday 10am
- The trip is valid between 01/01/2013 to 13/04/2013
- Description of accommodation: Self-catering apartment for 4 persons, including 1 parking space, taxes and charges (excluding "taxes de s!jour"), beds made on arrival (excluding sofa bed), includes bathroom towels, 2 kitchen towels, cleaning materials, house keeping done on departure (excluding kitchen, crockery and cutlery), TV, access to spa and beauty centre (indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, cardio training room)
- Le Grand Bornand ski lift pass for 4 people for 6 days (Sunday to Friday) valid for all Grand Bornand skiable domain (90km of pistes)

7- Travel Insurance
A standard travel insurance will be provided for all winners and their guests for the duration of the trip. This travel insurance does not cover skiing insurance. The winners and their guests should subscribe their own skiing insurance.

8- Cash Alternatives to prize
In the event of unforeseen circumstances the promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value. No cash alternative will be offered.

9- Age Restrictions
At least 1 person must be 18 years or over by the date of travel. Winners and guests over 18 years must provide proof of age (i.e. photocopy of passport) prior to travel, and the names and ages of all persons will be required for insurance and booking purposes.

10- Independent Adjudicator
The prize draw will be independently supervised and will take place on the 07/01/2013. The promoter´s decision is final and binding in all matters. No correspondence will be entered in to.

11- Notification to Winners
All prize winners will be notified by post by 11/01/2013

12- Prize draw results
The prize draw winner´s name and county of residence will be made available by sending a self addressed envelope marked "Results" to the entry address after 11/01/2013 and before 29/04/2013.
The winners have to claim their prize and send all the required information for the trip at least 15 days before the dates of travel.

13- Publicity
Winners and guests may be required to take part in publicity activity
