Relax Sandy. wiegh the joint and cook as normal - allow twenty mins over for vagaries of oven on important days! (mine always plays up if I want to impress people).
Prepare your salads and desserts - and I will PM you the sauce recipes, and put out little bowls of nuts, nibbles etc. make sure your pittas are prepared, slice the lamb and off you go! (hint - not everyone likes lamb so I would get some nice sliced ham in as well?)
    and ................Enjoy your party!
