Any advice appreciated ,
Wife aged 41 (soon to be ex ) left me with children and has ''run away'' to Turkey to start a new life with her 25 year old barman boyfriend  !!.She left in Sept 2006 and since then I have been receiving demands & default notices & Debt collection agency letters .Fortunately all of the debts are in her name and at the last tally totalled £ 72,000 yep not a typing error 72K.
She also ran up my credit cards to £13,000 by just paying the minimum payment each month I never used to even look at statements or deal with any of the finances (do now).
Have informed all of her creditors that she has moved overseas (but they still keep writing )
# can they trace her overseas and if so what would they do to her ?
#Could they put a charge on the house ,as she still will be on the Deeds until we are divorced ?
#If she returns to UK or when ( probably to open a Kebab shop )Joke !! would any of her creditors know ?
# I do have details of her new bank account in Turkey with HSBC ,about the only company she didn't fleece when she left !!.This is because she wants the equity in the house sent out ASAP (not much though as we remorgaged a couple of years ago to pay off her previous debts)
Could I as someone has suggested give all these details to all of he creditors and if so what would they do ?
Or perhaps as someone else said just pay it into her current account in the UK it might just about put that one account into the black

you being serious...!!!
she want the equity out of the house with all the debt she has left.
the one thing i would be doing is finding out her new address wherever it may be.blackmail may be required i.e your not getting the equity until you i get all the debt agencys away from my front door.
what ever you do dont and i mean dont give her that equityneed to have a lightbulb moment0 -
and yes give everything you can to all that she owes money to
im afraid oyu will be liable fo royur credit cards though despite her spending on themneed to have a lightbulb moment0
