Hi there I recently requested my past 5yrs of bank statements and received these yesterday. As I was going through these I noticed quite a few charges marked referral charges. As far as Iam aware I can reclaim these back, however unlike the rest of the charges on my statements it doesnt state a date in which they are from just the date the money for the charge was taken from my bank.
Could someone please explain to me how to work out which date I should put in to work out what Iam due back per your online calculator.
E.G do I enter the date in which my account became overdrawn which then resulted in the charge or the date that the charge was deducted from my account.
Thanks in advance

Hi elaine2
You need to put the date that the charge was taken out of your account.
