i have just completed my money claim online, but what i didn't do was use the template of what to write ( i have only just seen it!!!) I feel like i have just wasted £80 i have put no dates etc just basically the outline of my charges against HSBC am completely gutted.

I'd give them a ring ... apparently they're very helpful. If there are any adjustments/additions to be made, I gather from reading through these threads that there's an extra charge of £35, but it could well be worth your while to pay the extra.Wins since 2009 = £17,600MANY THANKS TO ALL OPS0 -

i have looked at all the FAQs and am still really confused i sent my online claim last night, then browsed the MSE site when i saw the template letter, i was supposed to call before 10am this morning but i missed the slot, i have put no full adresses for hsbc account numbers or anything, just said that i would like to reclaim my 6 year bank charges and absolutely nothing else.....i could cry0

almost halfway down this thread is a template for filling out a n244 form which edinburghlass was refering to.(read full page) on this thread is a pdf n244 form to print off along with the template to complete it........
then also print off a n1 form(which you filled out online) on the same thread an use a template on this or CAG site to complete it.
the fee is £35........then you need to take a trip to your local county court with your charges sheet(s) an interest calculations and then they will check them out for you and advise.
