In what order should I do the refurbishment work?

Options
Howdy,

I've just purchased a maisonette that requires a bit of refurbishment and I was wondering in which order I'd need to carry out the works.

As of now, I'd like for the following to be done:
  • Refurbish the downstairs toilet (will need new commode, basin, wall tiles, vinyl flooring, fresh paint) approx 1.5 sqm
  • Refurbish the kitchen. New cabinets, built-in washing machine, dishwasher, new vinyl flooring, wall tiles and paint
  • Laminate flooring for downstairs lounge, hallway
  • Installing of new carpet for upstairs bedrooms and hallway
  • Freshly painting all rooms (upstairs and downstairs). Some walls have wall paper painted over, which I'd like to strip too
As you can see, it's a bit involved and not all the work could be undertaken by just one builder (I would prefer one though).

I wonder in which order should I carry out the work, so that it's least disruptive?

Thank you
