Howdy,
I've just purchased a maisonette that requires a bit of refurbishment and I was wondering in which order I'd need to carry out the works.
As of now, I'd like for the following to be done:
I wonder in which order should I carry out the work, so that it's least disruptive?
Thank you
I've just purchased a maisonette that requires a bit of refurbishment and I was wondering in which order I'd need to carry out the works.
As of now, I'd like for the following to be done:
- Refurbish the downstairs toilet (will need new commode, basin, wall tiles, vinyl flooring, fresh paint) approx 1.5 sqm
- Refurbish the kitchen. New cabinets, built-in washing machine, dishwasher, new vinyl flooring, wall tiles and paint
- Laminate flooring for downstairs lounge, hallway
- Installing of new carpet for upstairs bedrooms and hallway
- Freshly painting all rooms (upstairs and downstairs). Some walls have wall paper painted over, which I'd like to strip too
I wonder in which order should I carry out the work, so that it's least disruptive?
Thank you
