Property Trustee won't act to sell

how long does it take though the courts to remove a property trustee on the ground of refusing to act? Anyone done it?

Are you sure the other Trustee isn't ill, dead, imprisoned, suffering from dementia etc? Is there anyone who can find out for you?
Have you checked the deed of trust to see if there's anything about removing/replacing trustees in that?Eat food. Not too much. Mostly plants - Michael Pollan
