Barclays Bank Current Account

I wrote to Barclays to claim back unfair charges. They offered me a sum very quickly as a goodwill gesture without sending me any calculation of how it was worked out. As it was attractive and cleared my overdraft which was the main purpose of claiming I acepted a full and final settlement without even getting calculations though I did request these when sent letter of acceptance. I feel now that I should have demanded interest as by not showing me calculations I dont know if this was added. Bearing in mind my previous info could I still go back and request any interest and pursue in the hope they would cough up or do you believe that it will be a lost cause

You are only entitled to the 8% interest should your case go to court as this is awarded by the court so no bank will make an offer including the interest.0

How much did you originally claim? Was the offer near to it?0
