Where to book for surprise 60th birthday party?

A girlfriend is 60 this time next year and another friend wants to book a surprise party for her. I guess there will be about 60 guests. Can you suggest any where really nice please but reasonably priced? They live in Newport but they probably don't mind travelling up to say 20 miles for it. Discos are so last-year so if there was a different sort of entertainment then so much the better. Thanks all!
