Cheaper PCP on cars..

I am looking to get a new car, I have already got a Peugeot 107 and am looking to upgrade to a Peugeot 208 or similar, and am struggling to get something affordable for myself, is there any way I can get the prices down?

Unless the manufacturer need to shift a load before the next model or facelift model come out.

Im into older cars and its not unknown to find cars built 2 years before it was registered.

One LandRover owner was gutted to find his March/April? 1973 LR not to be tax exempt when it was built at the beginning of January.
