Car may be written off advice

Hi,
My wife was in an accident today with her 2005 Suzuki Vitara SE 2.0 TD, no-one else was involved in this accident. Now the police and the recovery company believe the car will be assess as a write off.
Her insurance company have arrange for the car to be transferred to their approved regional vehicle repairer.
What can she expect for her insurance company the Prudential, specifically if the car is deemed as a write off?

Appreciate any and all advice

Have a look at Parkers price guide and Auto Trader to see what similar cars go for (not necessarily the same it is advertised for of course).

Insurers use the trade bible Glasses which you cannot gain access to although I do seem to recall you could get a free Glasses valuation via the the Vauxhall site. Here is the link

Note their disclaimer though. Will give you a rough indication
