    However I would definitely advise you write and ask for the complete breakdown of hours and pay. That way they wont send any debt collectors during the process, they legally HAVE to provide these hours so until they've done that your daughter can look fast for a job! :)

    SHE should be contacting people about this, not you! They really shouldn't be breaking confidentiality by giving you information about her financial affairs; she's not a child.
