Cancelling a sale without fees?

An item I'd listed has just sold. I've now had a mesage from the buyer saying they accidentally managed to click buy and confirm it.... How can I cancel the sale without paying fees? Is that possible?

Yes it is but it needs the buyer to co operate.

You can do a 'mutual' cancealltion (you find this via the resolve an issue on the drop down menu. Buyer has to formally agree to the cancellation.

That gets your FVfs back but as it is a BIN you have lost your listing fees and will have to repay to list again.

Cheers Soolin. Pain when buyers don't read the listing! Thank you.
