Virgin media: Is this a good deal for new customer?

Virgin media 18 months contract (Broadband 30Mb, M+TV, M Home phone) + (possible £161.50 Quidco cashback) = Possible £342 total or £19 per month

The deal above was posted on Hotukdeal but got very cold. Do you think this is a good deal for new customer? Can you please recommend me the best one right now for the similar package. Thank you.

You know why it goes very cold for Hotukdeal. Is it because virgin customer service is bad + they will increase the price next year?

I was with Virgin for 8 years and found their customer service fine, very helpful. I only left because I got a better price elsewhere, I'm paying £16.50 for landline plus broadboad 14mb now.

If they change the price, you have the right to cancel.

Just make sure what allowance you get on broadband, but at that price it's a no brainer.

Of course they are increasing their prices next year .. do you know anybody who isn't??
