Building Insurance - Advice please

Hi
I am just about to complete purchase of a house with a Buy To Let Mortgage
The buildings need to be insured on completion and I am struggling to find this.
The house is sound but will not be let out straight away as I need to decorate.
What sort of building insurance can I opt for so that all is okay to complete on Friday?
Once I have a tenant I know I then need Landlords insurance.
Any advice please?

You need insurance for unoccupied property
maybe try
