2 problems for me this week

i have taken lloyds to court as yet i have had no reply only letter of issue from court office the 14 days are up on on friday what do i do next, have i won by default ?? next problem is citi cards i requested charges back then threatend court in letter 2 reply from them today is very nasty and clearly states that i am trying to make a profit !! from my default charges the letter states that they have won every case that has taken to them to court over charges , has anyone had the same problems as this , im stressed over it

    They will probably file a defence at the last minute. See what happens when the time is up and come back.

    Citi cards are very agressively defending claims. If you go to court, they will most likely offer the difference between £12 and the charge as a refund.

    It's up to you whether you accept this. If not, they have used various tactics such as attempting to get the case transferred to their local court, stating they have successfully defended a dozen or more claims and generally putting the frighteners on the claimant.

    Do a search for 'Citi' on this forum and you will see some examples of how they try to defend.

    i filed the claim against llyods in the local court office so as the date is up on friday do i go into court again to do the next step
