5. The start date of the promotion is 19th November 2012; closing date for entries is midnight 31st December 2012.
6. The winner will be picked at random by 4th January 2013.
7. The winner will be notified by email by 11th January 2013.
8. The Hello Kitty Sparkle competition consists of 1st prize to win a family of 4 stay at the Hello Kitty themed hotel at Alton Towers during summer of 2013. 10 runners up will win a pair of tickets for Alton Towers theme park entry to use during 2013.
9. The family weekend competition prize comprises of one standard family room for four people in either of the Alton Towers Hotel or the Splash Landings Hotel. This includes breakfast only. Subject to availability.
10. Winners must redeem their prize in 2013 season. Available dates exclude February Half Term and October Scarefest events. The passes are and remain the property of Merlin Entertainments Group Limited. Tickets valid on any one day of the 2013 season (excluding concert events and 3rd November 2013. Please check https://www.altontowers.com for 2013 season opening times.
