Toshiba Recovery CD

Please guys can u help I am try to restore my Toshiba laptop

Unfortunately I dont have any recovery cd's.
The problems started a few weeks back when the dreaded blue screen started appearing on startup but now it totally doesnt start at all.
Please Help me I am desperate been without my laptop now for 2 weeks. Is the any place I can get the restore cd's preferably for free.

also i have the recovery discs i can put them up for download so you could burn but i dont know if you have any other axcess to download them0 -

I'm actually based in sheffield.
I do have access to another laptop (sons) where I can download onto a usb or CD if possible.

4gb isn't much these days with unlimited broadband.
just a pain, finding a free host where you can upload to.
but not really a problem, if the person who got the files can leave their computer on over night and can use the freeware program HFS = Http File server.
it turned your computer into a webhost you need to post the ip address and then they can download directly from your computer.
You just tell HFS the info, the folder you want to "share" and then give this in the ip address example note fake: 196.0.0.0/toshibhadisk/
then the image of said dvd/cd in that folder, recommend using a download manager though incase of interruption.
would download as fast as the upload speed.

i've used it in the past before getting a router, if using a modem only its easier to setup.0
