Which Credit Card to apply for?

Hi there
I am looking for some advice on which Credit Card I should apply for.

Background is I am 21 years old earning 27k pa. Currently hold 2 credit cards (one with my own bank BOS with limit and one with Vanquis which I got a couple of years ago to start building my credit rating).

Both cards have nothing on them, and so I posted not long ago asking if I should close the vanquis one now. From that post, I received advice I should try and attain a better card and then cancel the vanquis one as it is better to have two cards than one?

If so - which credit card would you suggest and think I would be likely to now get (obviously I know a lot of factors come in) but I have been making payments every month to my cards, have finance with mobile and insurance and so have demonstrated I can manage credit. Just looking to take the next step of building my credit rating and wondering which would be the best to go for.

Is TESCO worth a shout as I would get points back, or ASDA's new one are these tough to get? (Want to point out I will only be using for purchases like petrol or groceries and pay off in full each month).

Thanks

You need to use the CC regularly and pay in full each month; this will show you can use credit appropriately.
    Empty cards show nothing.

Makes sense to get a card with benefits you value... tesco points, fee free foreign purchases, cashback?
    what makes sense for you?

If you are going to pay in full each month, the Aqua cash back is worth a look, although the credit limit is likely to be small.
