Buyer claiming my genuine Uggs are fake

Extremely annoyed at a buyer on ebay, i have never owned anything fake in my life, sold a pair of uggs in excellent condition as i didn't like the style of these particular ones and she has left me negative feedback without even contacting me first saying the uggs are fake as they say made in China and she wants a refund.
Anyone into their uggs know many of the Ugg styles have been made by Deckers in China for years using the materials from australia, just as converse are an american brand they too are made in china.
Just sent a message explaining this along with a link on an article on how to spot fake uggs but no doubt this is going to turn into a nightmare.
Trust me to sell to an idiot.

Well now you have the neg there is no need to be held to ransom.
But if you refuse a refund - paypal will probably make you take them back.
Don't pay return postage though - as its not your fault.
You could hold out and see what ebay say - but they are hard work.0 -
Do you have the original receipt of purchase to show the buyer?
Wikipedia also has lots of info.

You've been screwed. eBay will side with them, and they will send a fake pair back and automatically get a refund. One important thing to remember is that when you get to the end of this sentence, you'll realise it's just my sig.0

Doesn't it depend on if they open a fake item case, or an item not described. If it's the latter - you will need to refund once they've sent the item back at their cost. If it's the former then I believe, unless things have changed, they need a letter from the manufactor saying they're fake - and they don't have that long to get that letter."There is no medicine like hope, no incentive so great, and no tonic so powerful as expectation of something better tomorrow." - Orison Swett Marden0

Paypal and ebay will side with them and they will send you some cheap knock off uggs back and keep the others. You should have kept the recipt and took pics ect0

I took quite a few pics of them, to sell them but i can't find the receipt.
Does paypal do anything at all if the seller sends back fake or damaged ones?
She has emailed me today saying she has lots of uggs and they are all made in australia, there is a guide on ebay to spotting fake uggs which i have sent her a link to which even says they are most likely fake if it says made in australia or new zealand. like hitting your head against a brick wall.
She hasn't opened a case at all yet just says she is sending them back for a refund to be honest i suspect she has very little experience of ebay, as well as Ugg boots.0 -
Bet she's sat with loads of fake pairs - and is returning the only pair of real ones :rotfl:0

Check through her feedback, see if you can see any problems, check what she has previously bought and see if its a regular occurence as what techspec just said rang alarm bells! could be what she is doing!
