you need to contact quidco with your item numbers etc and they will chase ebay
however it can take a few days to show up on quidco
need to have a lightbulb moment
  • they cant chase ebay

  • I didn't even realise e bay was on quidco..... I'm glad you pointed that out. I have had a few things lately with other companies take over a week to show up so I would hang on a bit longer before worrying.

Where it says you get 35% I presume that is 35% of the profit that e bay take (ie listing and final value fee's) is that right?
  • aint got a clue lol but i know i have spend at least 19 pound over the past week tracked through quidco but not showing or showing up as 0.00p

  • i only have 1 apperaring and there should be about 8 now

The ebay bids do take quite a while to show up and are listed as 0.00p for a while too.

If you do win the bid, eventually the amount changes to the correct figure and it becomes validated.

And yes - it is 35% of ebay fees not 35% of the final price! ;):D
  • how long do they take to show up?

how long do they take to show up?

From memory they showed up at 0.00 after about 3 days from my first bid. They didn't change to the correct amount until over a week after the auctio had ended.

    Hope that helps. :)
  • still missing loads of ebay transactions been 8 days now the ones what do show up there showing up as 0.00p quidco are not responsable for ebay apparently
