    For those that are having problems, clear your cookies and history, then click on mije1983's link.

    If you're using FireFox, then go to History, Clear Recent History and select Everything under Time Range To Clear.

    doesn't work in IE9, chrome or FF for me. I tried signing in on the site and going via the comp page and the thanks for entering page always comes up- will try later i think
