car warranty

i brought my car in 2005 on finance. with it i got 3 years warranty at 699 for 3 years. i never even looked at the leaflets about it or anything. but now i have looked and it says i should have got my car severiced within 6k miles or 60 days. but i never now my warranty is void. also in the back of the booklets there is a sheet of paper with a customers declarations which i was sposed to sign but i never even seen with, signiture of the cashier and a blank one for mine. i didnt sign anything about warranty. and one more thing. it says im not covered if the car is under manufactors warranty which i was for a year and a half. where do i stand on this. thanks
