Just bought a Phil & Teds buggy from these people. Price was best I could find with accesories, came 24 hours later as promised. Found 1 item missing, called and left a message and got a call back within 5 minutes, got an apology and will send for delivery next day. I know this is how it should be but so often isn't.:T

With a new baby due in May we done lots of research about baby products and suppliers. We found their product demo dvd's (supplied free!) really helpfull and when we ordered got everything the next day (less than 24hrs).

Amazing service, will only buy from Baby2k.com in future. :T

I've used baby2k to purchase a pram for my first child. The service I received was superb and I would recommend the website to everyone. The price I got could not be matched anywhere else. The product was delivered within agreed delivery time and although I had a fault with one of the parts, but it was exchanged for me within 2 working days (note I'm based in Scotland). Oh... and don't worry if you can't get hold of anyone when you ring, just leave a message and you'll get a call-back sooner than you think.
