How to fix Office Chair?

Hello,
Just wondering if anyone knows how I can fix my office chair? One of the screws on the side of the chair has snapped off and half of it is stuck inside of the chair unable to be loosed. The chair now when you lean back goes too far back. Anyone know how it can be fixed by any chance? Cheers in advance!
