If it's a framed pic, that should be in TH97. The tshirt if separate will be in TH 6205 @12% duty and 20% vat, the blue ray disc will be TH 8523 at 0% dity, 20% VAT. (Tariff headings may vary by a few digits, but generally the duty rate carries across the entire chapter) Apply these to the cost of each item and Bob is indeed your uncle - add in the Clearance fee - between £5 and £15 depending on how it arrives and you're done.0

And on't forget to include the cost of carriage in your calculations as well - this is also subject to duty and VAT.0

Has anyone bought Clubs from the USA? and have any idea how i pay the import tax?0

Don't worry too much about the duty as this is likely to be only a few per cent and only applies for high value items. The main charge will be VAT which will be charged on the item value plus postage, normally at 20% and the clearance fee of typically 8-12 Pounds.0

I occasionally bid for special items from the US but factor in the inevitable massive shipping charges and Parcelfarse money-grubbing so it isn't an unpleasant surprise when it arrives. If it is held up in Customs, they really take their time which is so annoying as the US mail is very efficient and it arrives here within a day or two, only to be held up for three weeks between Customs and Parcelfarse and eventual delivery. Royal Mail are a little quicker than Parcelfarse in getting your item to you, even if there is a chage to pay. Annoyingly, parcels and packets get slapped with an £8 charge over and above any duties payable and on top of the postage the US sender has already paid!! Welcome to Rip Off Britain!!!0

I import items fairly often from the States, and I have never had anything actually delayed in customs. Carriers such as UPS will sometimes deliver and bill you for the charges later, although as a one-off customer you are more likely to be asked to pay before they release the item. Royal Mail will often ask you to pay the charges online, and then will deliver to you within the next two days. All carriers including Royal Mail will make a small charge for paying the duty and or Vat and doing the paperwork on your behalf to HM Customs & Excise. This is typically between £8 - £15, but can be more.
For an item (or in your case a group of items) of total cost below £135, not including shipping, there will be no duty to pay. If the item costs more than that, but the duty amounts to less than £9, then it is waived. VAT will be charged on the total cost including shipping of any item that costs more than £15.0 -

Do your own clearance and pay £0 fee
however be aware you will be charged VAT etc every time(not the case with RM) and it will be a far longer time scale0 -
