Baumatic gas oven cuts out intermittently...

...my baumatic gas oven occaisionally cuts out for no apparent reason.
I thought it might be the thermocouple, so I got it replaced (although I thought that a thermocouple failure would cause more than intermittent problems?) but it still happens every now and then.
It's a continental style oven (burners at the bottom of the oven, covered by a sheet with gaps at the side).
Anyone got any advice?

Engineer job to fix it? Or is it ok for a DIY job?
If the latter, what should I be looking for?0 -
