I am a married for thirty odd years parent and grandparent - and tomorow I want a board with the title 'married for thirty odd years parent and grandparent'! otherwise I shall feel discriminated against!;)0 -
OMG I just had this awful premonition!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They are going to mess with the Old Stylers!
we will get
Older Stylers - OS
Middle age stylers - MAS
Young Stylers - YS
Fabulous Urban Chic Kid Stylers - work it out!0 -
This makes no sense.
The 'mums, dads, granparents etc' board, despite it's name, seems to be a general board (maybe just not moved yet,but it's basically the previous families and relationship board before things started being moved) not necessarily related to any of the above per se.Yet threads such as those regarding considering future financial provisions for children have been moved to the 'couples board'

In all seriousness, it's a stupid idea, what's wrong with "families/relationships"? Where should a single parent post? Hmm?0

House buying, selling renting blah blah whatever board -one for home owners, one for private renters and one for the socially housed
Splitting the board has been discussed, either renting separate from home ownership or Scotland and Ireland separate from England and Wales (different legislation).

Depends what the issue they want to discuss is!
If it's related to their cat then on the Pets board, if it's related to their child or a grandparent then on the 'Mums, Dads ...' board, if it's related to the single life then on the Singletons board, if it's related to their computer then on the Techies board .... So for those people in a relationship but wanting to be single/escape?
On both?If you haven't got it - please don't flaunt it. TIA.0 -
Well thanks MSE for making me feel even more sorry for myself this week! I have just split up with someone and you have kindly created me a Singleton board
