reclaim money taken out the wrong account?

hi my first time here so sorry if i'm not sure what to do and if i'm in the right place,well over 4 yrs about my daughter worked in the same place as i still do ,we had a injury at work rep come in and encouraged us to take out a insurance to cover injury at work . The gest of this is that i did'nt take the offer up but my daughter did as part of her job could poss incur a injury it has always only ever been 40p a week but for ages i did,nt take much notice and then i realised that 40p was coming out of my weekly wage, when i enquired about it i was told it was for the insurance i had taken out ,it turned out that i had been paying for clares insurance, they had took the insurance out in clares name but got the payrol number wrong and i had the 40p taken out of my wages.Clare has since been left the company for 3 yrs and this 40p despite having told them its the wrong person is still even now being taken out of my wages , the thing is all the time clare was there i was told that if she injured herself she would be covered of course i didnt mind the 40p being covered by myself but now she isnt there if i injured myself even though i am paying im not covered can i try and reclaim this money ?not alot a weeek but over the yrs mounts up

You need to speak to the person/place that sold you the insurance, and speak to someone who does the payroll or human resources at your work.
