Cda integrated freezer problem

I moved into a house which already has a CDA integrated freezer.
It was working ok but now it seems to be tripping the breaker everytime i plug it in.
I have changed the plug,fuse etc but still having a problem .
The appliance is a foreign make and it is not covered in under my kitchen appliance because of the make.
Any ideas please?
