scrolling down pages on laptop

hi when i try scrolling down to read pages the arrow is stuck when it gets half way down the page it goes up the page ok but wont go down i dont no whether i may have clicked on a key or sumthing could anyone help me out please

how are you scrolling? are you using the touchpad or a mouse? are you using the auto scroll function or the mouse wheel?0

have you recently update to IE7?
Here is a thread with a similar problem, post 10 has a link, which worked for the OP, suggests re-installing your mouse driver, might work for you, if you are using a mouse.0
