Options
I bought a Advent T1 pc from pc world which has been great, it has a seperate advent tv tuner and I was told I could connect my sky box to it, I am not sure how to do this, it came with an adapter to screw on the end of the sky cable so it fits into the tv tuner box but I do not know how to connect the sky box to it, please help, cheers.

What kind of TV tuner is it? Is it the analogue USB tuner?

If its a standard analogue tuner then you could connect the sky RF output(coax cable that usually goes to your TV) straight into the tuner.

The adaptor to screw on the end of the sky cable, does it look like this?

if so just remove the coax plug off the Tv end and screw it onto the cable. Then screw the plug onto the TV tuner socket.

    Hi Gadget-Guy,

I have Sky+ from one box to 2 other TV's and my PC using the second RF port on the back of the Sky Box and one of these for each TV:

I am able to control the Sky+ box form my PC and watch TV in a little window whilst working!
