parking tickets issued by pcm

I was recently given a parking ticket for parking my car in my allocated allocated bay - there are no signs for parking permits only - I live in an apartment
Is this ticket legal - its not a council owned land - the aprtments are located on a freehold property
Can I appeal

As this is a private parking ticket then you don't owe them a penny. Just ignore their silly letters. As it's freehold then I imagine you own that parking space and technically the parking company have trespassed on your property.
What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?

Are you a leaseholder? If so, then does your lease say anything about the exclusivity of the space, or of any requirement to display a permit or abide by terms and conditions laid out by the property management compnay? (Probably not, but check). If you are a tenant then you need to check with your landlord.

No signs, you weren't aware, charge is not in relation to any damages due to trespass, you weren't trespassing, only the landowner could bring any kind of claim in relation to trespass. There's a whole heap of reasons why you should simply ignore the unenforceable piece of paper they've given you in relation to this.

Are you the registered keeper of the vehicle?

Ticketed for parking in your own space - great stuff!!!

I reckon they have a right to expect every penny you owe them.
Oh, but hang on - it's your space, so you don't owe them anything.

But maybe they can penalise you for not displaying a permit or something.
Oh, but hang on - they are not entitled to award penalties on private land (especially when you have paid a lease for, or actually own it).

So, why grovel to them via the "appeal" process?

I would also suggest checking them out and seeing if they are even legit (as in have been appointed to look after these spaces) - it could even be a scam (as in somebody who doesn't work for the landowner/association/whatever, and is just going around putting tickets on cars to see if they catch anybody out).

They go to the dvla to get the RK details if allowed, and it will show you living in the complex, game over there can be no possible loss as you were parked where you are supposed to be. If it was me I would play around with them, I would say that I was the driver and here is my address, funnily enough in the complex, so you are mitigating any losses for the parking company so it saves them £2.50 from the dvla. Then tell them if they refuse the bogus appeal to send the popla code to take it there. Or just ignore them completely
Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?

DO NOT APPEAL. Who is the parking company, many cannot get your details and of those that can, they are still just scammers to ignore.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
